3. User Accounts and Security
- Registration: To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
- Privacy: Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
4. Buying Terms
- Order Acceptance: By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected products at the listed price. The total price includes any seller costs as well as Allure Boutique Dubai’s commission, authentication fees, shipping charges, and other applicable costs.
- Payment: Payments are processed securely through our approved payment gateways. We accept major credit/debit cards in the local currency (AED) and may offer installment options where applicable.
- Order Communications: You consent to receiving order-related notifications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, which include tracking details and status updates.
- Final Sales: All purchases are considered final. In cases where a deposit is required for a pre-order, the deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to complete the purchase.
5. Selling and Consignment Terms
- Seller Representations: Sellers must confirm that they are the legal owners of the products or have been duly authorized to sell them on consignment. All items listed must be genuine, accurately described, and not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Product Listings: By listing a product on our Site, you grant us permission to publish your product information, including photographs (which may be edited for clarity) and descriptions.
- Order Fulfillment: Upon an order being placed, you authorize Allure Boutique Dubai to process the sale on your behalf, hold the proceeds in a dedicated account, and disburse the funds to you after deducting the applicable commission and fees.
- Authentication: All products are subject to our in-house or third-party authentication process. If authentication cannot be confirmed, the item will not be listed for sale.
- Seller Obligations: Sellers must maintain accurate stock information, promptly respond to queries, and adhere to all applicable laws. Failure to provide requested documentation regarding authenticity or ownership may result in account suspension and deletion of listings.
6. Commissions and Payouts
- Commission Structure: For each transaction, Allure Boutique Dubai deducts a commission based on the transaction value. For example, transactions up to AED 15,000 incur a 25% commission, while transactions above AED 15,000 incur a 20% commission.
- Payouts: Funds from sales (after deducting our commission and any applicable fees) will be transferred to the seller within the timeframe specified in your account settings or as agreed upon in a separate consignment contract.
- Multiple Transactions: Please note that multiple transactions may appear as separate entries on your monthly statement.
7. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of Allure Boutique Dubai or their respective owners.
- Usage Restrictions: You may not use any of these marks without the express written consent of Allure Boutique Dubai or the respective owner. Unauthorized use will be considered trademark infringement and may lead to legal action.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Return Policy: Due to the high value and exclusive nature of our products, we operate a zero-return policy for change-of-mind situations. Returns are accepted only in cases where the item does not match the description provided on the Site.
- Refund Conditions: For approved returns, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition with all accompanying documentation and packaging intact. Any signs of use or damage may result in the rejection of the return.
- Fraud Prevention: Fraudulent return attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in permanent suspension from our platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Scope of Liability: Allure Boutique Dubai acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for any disputes regarding product authenticity, condition, or compliance with local laws.
- Third-Party Services: We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, or authentication partners.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes should first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the UAE.
